SaniStock respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it and what your rights are. It is designed to comply with Quebec's Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector) and Canada's PIPEDA.

Information we collect

We collect the information you provide when you create an account, place an order or contact us: name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, and order details. We also automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and pages visited, using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, manage your account, prevent fraud and, with your consent, send you marketing communications. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in every email, in accordance with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies to operate the site, remember your cart and understand how sanistock.ca is used. This includes Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which help us measure traffic and the performance of our advertising. How we share your information

We share your personal information only as needed to operate our business, for example with carriers, payment processors and the analytics and advertising providers named above, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

We keep your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law. Some of our providers may store or process data outside Quebec or Canada; where that is the case, we take reasonable steps to protect it.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP. Your mobile information will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
