These terms govern your use of sanistock.ca and any purchase you make from us. By using this site or placing an order, you accept these terms. This site is operated by SaniStock, a division of 14195973 Canada Inc., located at 450 Rue Isabey, Saint-Laurent, Quebec H4T 1V3 ("SaniStock", "we"). GST/HST number: 714665007 RT0001. Products, prices and availability

We work to display accurate information, prices and availability, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to change information at any time without notice. All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and exclude applicable taxes, which are added at checkout. If a product is displayed at an incorrect price, we may cancel or refuse the order and refund any amount charged.

Orders

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may accept or refuse it, including after payment authorization, for reasons such as stock availability or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order that has already been paid, we will refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, disrupt its operation or use it for any unlawful purpose. All site content is the property of SaniStock or its suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, SaniStock is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the products purchased. Nothing in these terms limits the rights granted to you by the Quebec Consumer Protection Act or any other mandatory consumer protection law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute will fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.
