A 20 inch battery burnisher running at 2,000 RPM. No cord means no cord to drag, unplug, re-route or trip over, which on a large retail or institutional floor is the difference between burnishing a whole store in a shift and burnishing half of it.
The double-pivot pad driver keeps the pad in alignment and lets it follow floor contours, which leaves a more consistent gloss than a fixed driver. Combined with self-regulating pad pressure, the operator does not have to manage down force by feel.
This configuration: 200 Ah wet lead-acid batteries with onboard charger, pad assist drive. Wet cells are the lower-cost entry into the range and need topping up with distilled water on a schedule. The maintenance-free alternative is part 56383525.
