DryPaths DPCCF120-10 power cord, no GFCI
DryPaths mats ship without a cord. This is the version to choose when your outdoor receptacle already provides ground fault protection, so you are not paying for a second GFCI you do not need.
One cord powers the whole run. However many mats you link together, you need a single power cord, not one per mat.

Choosing between the two cords
Use this cord only where the receptacle itself is GFCI protected. If it is not, choose DPGFCI-10 instead, which has the ground fault protection built into the cord. Ground fault protection is mandatory one way or the other, and a qualified electrician should confirm which you have.
Important
Plug directly into a properly grounded outlet, never through a household extension cord. Keep the plug dry and off to the side of the walking path. Do not use a cord that shows any damage.
Cordon d'alimentation DryPaths DPCCF120-10, sans DDFT
Les tapis DryPaths sont livrés sans cordon. Choisissez cette version lorsque la prise extérieure est déjà protégée par un DDFT, afin de ne pas payer pour une seconde protection inutile.
Un seul cordon alimente toute la série. Peu importe le nombre de tapis raccordés, un seul cordon est requis.

Si la prise n'est pas protégée, choisissez plutôt le DPGFCI-10, dont le DDFT est intégré. La protection DDFT est obligatoire dans tous les cas et un électricien qualifié devrait confirmer votre installation. Brancher directement dans une prise correctement mise à la terre, jamais au moyen d'une rallonge domestique.
