The OPL Advantage is a family of peristaltic-pump chemical dosing systems built to serve a wide range of washer sizes, from 65 to 200 lb, combining SEKO's peristaltic pump technology with dosing accuracy for commercial on-premise and industrial laundries. The range offers three pump sizes with output flow rates from 10 to 68 ounces per minute, split across three power tiers, LV, SV and HV, matched to washer capacity.

Laundries running several wash formulas across shifts need dosing that follows the formula, not just the machine. The OPL Advantage handles up to 19 individual dosing formulas, each with its own run and delay times, so a site can match dosing exactly to what a given load requires. A flush manifold is included as standard, ensuring effective chemical dilution before the chemicals enter the machine and making it easier to carry liquid over long distances without multiplying tubes.

Configurable from 3 to 6 pump connections, the system includes access-code protection against tampering, a load-counting function for per-formula statistics, and up to 75 minutes of lock-out time. The HV configuration adds a signal interface module that accepts up to six input signals and converts 20 to 230 VAC to 24 VDC for operator safety.
