SEKO WareDose 30 WDO30 DL Digital Dosing System

Digital 2- or 3-pump dosing system for hood or conveyor dishwashers.

The WareDose 30 is a digital dosing system with a separate circuit board for each pump, pre-wired for fast installation, offering speed- or time-based control for detergent and rinse aid, or conductivity-based dosing for the detergent pump. Two independent 4-digit displays let you read and adjust each pump's settings on its own.

Warewashing operations that need a constant detergent concentration without watching the wash tank benefit from an accurate 200 uS to 10 mS conductivity probe, with an overdose alarm that flags a probe failure and an emergency program that automatically switches to timed mode if that alarm triggers, so dosing keeps running instead of stopping the line. A version compatible with powder detergent is also available.

The system carries IP65 protection and Class II electrical insulation, and a compact "C" Bluetooth-programmable version is available in a 2-pump configuration only, for sites that want a simpler install and setup with no wired interface.
