The WareDose 35 is a compact two-pump chemical dosing system built for heavy-duty commercial dishwashing and glasswashing operations running beyond 50 hours a week. A microcontroller manages dosing, and a conductivity probe (inductive on request) detects and holds the detergent concentration steady in the wash tank.

High-volume dishwashing lines need dosing that keeps up with the pace without drifting out of range or demanding constant adjustment. The WareDose 35 accepts up to three input signals from the dishwasher (first-fill solenoid, rinse solenoid and wash pump, 12 to 230 VAC), and separate level control inputs for each pump flag a low chemical before it becomes a problem. Dosing can be set to probe, probeless or simplified mode to suit different field conditions.

The system is now also available with a connection to the SekoWeb online platform and mobile app, and an optional built-in Wi-Fi module allows remote monitoring. Dose counters make it possible to check wash performance and consumption statistics over time, and a Vacuum Switch option extends level control to bag-in-box chemicals.
